Initiate Your Request
Log into your HOUSE OF ALPHA account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives your return, we will conduct a quality inspection and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
